A little interesting reading

Thread Starter
I was bench marking my nvidia 8800 gtx after OC'ing it and found that it runs at 630/1438/1003 the best i get a 11,845 on 3d mark06 then i bumped it up 675/1560/1100 with no artifacting for 20 mins on atitool then ran again and got a much lower score. It seems these cards work better not OC'ed to death everything i tested over 630/1438/1003 was a lower score and i had plenty of room to up it even more. I have read in other forums about this but didnt believe it. Turns out its true the gpu on my 8800gtx is lapped and secondary fan installed it runs at 69 cel under full load and still these results i will post the mark scores later but very interesting. Play around with that and you will see anyone with simular results post why you think this happens.
