OK.. whatever you say. Seriously, it just seems to me that you are looking for an argument... and honestly, I'm not gonna give you one on this issue. Believe and think what you want. I didn't realize that you were an agent of the court and had already determined that Intel was guilty.

I hadn't seen the official ruling yet, but if you do have more info of the courts deciding that they are Guilty of this violation then please do share... We'd all like to see the findings on this. Otherwise... just pipe down and take a chill pill.
