Still No Help from OCing. I uninstalled the compaq driver and installed the ATI Catalyst driver and got 60 more marks from 3dmark03, but Ati tool still says my video card is NOT used by windows, and the omega driver and OCer loads, it just doesnt do anything.

ATI has a verification tool. it also says i do not have anything installed.

Of course i do.

The thing is, this is an integrated GPU,. not a "card"

And its Compaqs ATI drivers at work here, not catalyst drivers.
WAIT! That's you're problem. Try running ATI's Mobility drivers. Then ,if they are ATI-based drivers, ATI Tool should find the card.

Nevermind... I just read your last post...

yeah. Besides. I run the mobility driver set up, and it says contact your laptop vendor for driver support. The regular catalyst driver work fine though. Just cant OC.

Please help.

HAS ANY ONE OCed an ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200m??
Laptop.

If you're running a Centrino laptop then i suggest you go to this site: http://www.pbus-167.com/chc.htm it has control not only for power management for your centrino throttle but for fan speed etc. Included is an ATI card overclocker...great program...check it out
