Aftermarket cpu cooler is a necessity, the stock ones are crap.
keyboard, mouse, sound card, wireless card-all extras that many people like to get when they get a new rig.
How about a SATA enabled optical drive for simplicity's sake?

also,as tofunater said get an aftermarket cooler, intel's stock coolers suck big time.

Lets hope power consumption goes down in the future rather then up. If you don't plan on overclocking your cpu then the stock fan is fine, but if you are going to overclock get the cheap but good Arctic Freezer 7 Pro, works great for me.

Your build seems fine, pretty sure it will work, I don't see any incompatibility issues. As tofunater said, if you have a choice, go with a SATA DVD Drive.

That 620 Corsair is a Beast!
Bigger isnt always better.
That is one Quality PSU he picked there.

I would however changed the OCZ ram.
I could only get my rev 2 to do 890 at 2.2

Ballistix is good, if you can find the doublesided one...or you can just buy a good brand pc8500 ram.
