Hello. I started getting this error today and I can't find way to fix it. This is what the error says.

*** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFFA6000BB1AAB, 0xFFFFFA600332AE38, 0xFFFFFA600332A810)

*** NETIO.SYS - Address FFFFFA6000BB1AAB base at FFFFFA6000B9B000, DateStamp 47919aa7

I hope someone out there knows. Thank you in advance.

Well the first question to ask is what have you changed lately. Did you install any new hardware or drivers?

I did a quick check on the STOP 0x0000007E error and came up with a bunch of different symptoms.

Maybe you should try a system restore to see if that helps.

Okay that makes more sense. It seems like there is a network driver causing problems with Vista.

Here is an article to read. I hope it works.

try booting up with only 2gb of ram ..
then when you're in windows install the fix for 4gb , then put the other 2gb back in.
