No that it appears to be a system which could piss off normal people more than pirates.

Explain.

You buy the game, you insert the disk and activate it online. Then within ten days you activate it a second time. You then play the game to your hearts content without ever using the DVD.

This just disgusts me. A game shouldn't check what hardware you have on your PC, have to continuously check to see if it's valid and only let you activate it 3 times. Digital Nazism if you ask me.

What companys need to do is use the same system as Company of Heros; the latest version of it is uncrackable.
Was CSS on DVDs uncrackable? No. Was AACS uncrackable? No. Was BD+ uncrackalbe? No. All were claimed to be "uncrackable", but there were all cracked in a relatively short time period.

Stop being an ignorant legalist. Boycotting and pirating are two completely different things.

As stated before, many people upgrade pc parts often which requires another check. And if you install the game on a different computer and don't use it on the first one, that's another check.
