NH C12P vs TR SI 128 SE

Which of these is better? The TR will have a Scythe S-Flex or Slipstream on it. I don't know because even though the Noctua has 6 heatpipes, the TR has 4 that are 8mm rather than the standard. Which will cool better? Or, should I just go for the Noctua NH U12P or the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme? I am overclocking a Q6600 G0 on an Abit IP35 Pro with 2x2GB RAM.

We'll have to wait for some benchmarks - downdraft coolers aren't all that popular for some reason (even though I use one), and we're not likely to see a lot of comparisons. Both of them should be pretty close in terms of performance though.
