CPUZ voltage 1.632
voltage in BIOS 1.66

using CoolerMaster Aqua S1
i cant seem to get it higher
is the voltage to high? what is the real voltage used the CPUZ or BIOS?

1.6 is WAY TOO HIGH.

yeah, you wanna keep it under 1.5V! 4ghz will probably need H20.

Don't go above 1.5 (actually, I think my Q6600 degraded even at 1.5, my 3.6 with 1.5v isn't stable anymore, where it was a year ago)

I recommend 1.47 or lower in CPUZ (It will be higher in BIOS, and that's OK)

AS for 4GHZ on a Q6600,,,you're gonna need a golden chip to get that, most top out at 3.6, you usually need 1.25 VID or lower to even think about 3.8, and 4.0 requires the low 1.2 VID range usually, which are rare.
