I recommend 1.47 or lower in CPUZ (It will be higher in BIOS, and that's OK)

AS for 4GHZ on a Q6600,,,you're gonna need a golden chip to get that, most top out at 3.6, you usually need 1.25 VID or lower to even think about 3.8, and 4.0 requires the low 1.2 VID range usually, which are rare.
I set my voltage to 1.52 in the bios but its shows as 1.48 on cpu z and im at 3.6 right now. Should i leave it at this or is it posible to go a bit higher?

leave the volts alone. bump up the fsb little by little and test until it gets unstable then back it down to the last stable config.

im testing mines right now. im trying to reach 3.8 - 4.0 but i dont think i can with air cooling. 3.7 is my max. i did a vdroop mod and in cpu-z its shows at 1.488. when i run the stress test it drops to 1.456. still running my test as i speak. good luck with yours

1.52v for 3.6ghz on Q6600 is too high, try to keep your voltage under 1.5 for 24/7 use.
Did you OC your NB or ram voltage?
I think Most of the people here can get up to 3.6ghz with under 1.5v.
Goodluck to you!

uh. i got to 3.8 ghz under 1.5v, benchable but not stable, 1.55 for 3.85 benchable but not stable. FSB @ 1.4v SPP @ 1.45 MCP at 1.550v HT @ 1.3v cpu volt at 1.55-1.60 (it's risky to go above 1.55, even 1.5 is already risky)
