Hey Snuff,

I know you've listed all your system specs, but if you could click "User CP" up above and then click "Edit System" and fill in your specs there, it would help us all out tremendously.

Like others have said, try re-installing Windows and see where that gets you.

And on the theory and conjecture bit, I could have swore I heard someone say that you have to flash the BIOS on the P35C boards before the E8400 will work properly, but I have no proof to back this up. In the meantime, I'll try and research this to see whether it's true or not.

PS- You've picked up a fine overclocking board I might add!
