I think you have a temp sensor problem because it's physically impossible to have a core temp equal to ambients...let alone idle temps below ambients.

But aside from that, the AC7 is supposedly the best budget aftermarket cooler, and well-worth the $.

AC Freezer 64

I have the 7 version (which is pretty much the same) and it keeps my E2160 at 52C load when I'm pumping 1.45v through it

Easy to install as well and the thermal paste it comes with is absolutely awesome (I think it is MX-1 or AS5).
