Yeah, I forgot they are trying to appeal to the idiotic masses.

Doesn't typing every word with a capital letter get annoying?

lol that's a good one

but seriously, this whole naming thing.
like that GTS thing, if it's G92, "GTS2" or something like that would make it easy to see, but they don't want to do that anyways, cause then it will be harder to get rid of left over old GTS'

ATI is easiler to pick at the moment, i mean, U get 3 type of chip and each chip have like no more then 2 to 3 level of performance

so take 2000 series 2400 , 2600 and 2900 , and then u got Pro and XT (2900gots a GT so that's the only 3)
so all u really need to pick is from the 3 chips that's all if u don't know enough and then the Pro or GT or XT things that us ppl who knows more can pick from, after all, differece are the benchmark scores,
a 2600Pro and 2600XT to my eyes are just about the same when u play game on default settings (most ppl doesn't even know u can "set" settings)
if u buy a 2900 no matter what version u are ensured to play game faster as a 2900,

3 series' even easier 3450, 3650 , 3850 3870, 3870x2
5 to pick, lower end Gddr2 or 3 don't matter if u just do things on default anyways, u get a gddr2, good u spend less, u get a gddr3 good any friend knows vid cards won't laugh at u, but in personal level, memory bandwidth just don't matter that much, so 5 cards, from "Bad to Excellent"

if nvidia do that would be good, at least do it like the 2 series first

I'm pissed off! nVidia was doing a HELL of a job producing SO MANY new cards that they were in effect competing their own prices down.
