Help Install XP

I'm having terrible luck installing XP on my Raid 0 (keeps crashing after I press enter after loading the raid drivers)

I'm going to redownload the drivers and then try again

However do you think its my sata dvdrw giving me problems? Its installed fine before but for now I can't get it to do anything but blue screen after I install the raid drivers and press enter (says starting windows when it dies)

deffinetly sounds like busted drivers to me. Are you trying to use a windows CD that you've put the RAID drivers on, or are you loading the drivers from floppy? If not using floppy i'd say give that a go, getting the drivers to run from the windows CD can be a beast.

No pressing f6 and loading from floppy

And to beat it all I installed Vista and it crashed when it first booted.

Maybe my ICH8R can't handle 3 drives in raid array

Is that Intel Raid? Fake Raid? Windows Raid? Linux Raid? Dedicated Raid? Or Nvidia Raid?

Nvidia and Intel Raid I have dealt with, Nvidia raid works fine for me. I had to make a nLITE DVD of Windows XP with my RAID Drivers on it, then it worked fine. I tried to do it from the floppy, and it failed horribly. It could have been caused by older drivers, but I am not sure.

Windows Raid: Never dealt with it.

Linux Raid: Never dealt with it.

Dedicated RAID card: Maybe a failled card? Try a different one?
