Some, not all. A few RoseWill PSUs are now manufactured by FSP. Not sure which ones, and I wouldn't risk picking out a bad one of the bunch. A quality PSU is the best investment for any rig.

I picked my PSU because of this artical. My antec has Seasonic internals. This is very helpfull imho.

I have to agree about running stock here. I plan on running to run my QX9770 on stock for a long lifespan after all we're both spending huge amounts of cash for a monster build and need it to last a while.

Sarcasm doesn't carry well over the internet. I bought my QX because my motherboard can't run with FSBs higher than 450. I needed the QX ecause it wouldn't overclock as far as a Q9550 would.
