Impossible COD4 level. - Page 2

Try to find a G3 to pick up, drop your pistol, and get all the ammo you can, line the fence area with Claymores, as well as the hills on the left, and then get near the booth and wait it out.

that part was hard:

1. shoot the guys as they are coming off the heli, they die in one hit so aim good. Save the claymores for this part too. and just find cover under the ferris wheel and snipe like mad, dont corner your self cuz they like to throw gernades

2. just run to the end where theres a door opening and just lay there and snipe all the incoming troops. Every easy this way but really cheap and boring. The only real action is where you have to go back so rush.

Thats when you use the C4 and hope someone hits your claymores.

I hid behind a tree and just sniped whoever I could. Don't worry about McMillan, he can't die. Just take care of your surrounds and the frontal assault will be blocked by trees.

I did it on 'hardened' mode. If anything the mission where you need to hit those 4 tanks and then run down the hill is impossible.

I'll agree with everyone that this part was an absolute **** of a mission!

First it took me about 10 mnutes to long distance snipe that dude from the building, and then the final bit.

I found it was easier to choot the chaps at the door of the helicopter - that way, there's no way to miss them as they rapell down the ropes.

Damn good game mind.

the real enemy in that part of the level is grenades, you're constantly dodging them. so stay on the move in a certain area, learn the spawn points of the enemy (I think there's 4) and keep covering those points. Use cover as much as you can (going prone in the grass doesnt count).

that's actually a really good idea, plant C4 all over the map, hide behind the wall, when the chopper gets near, run and shoot, and then detonate all the c4 and make a mad dash to mcmillian!

i'll try again tonight :]

+reps to all those who helped!
