Does anyone know if this is good memory/good deal?

If you don't mind dealing with rebate, the Crucial Ballistix can be had for around 20 bucks or so after MIR. If you get lucky and the doublesided one, they are alot better than the OCZ.

But if you want to deal locally and don't want to overclock, then the OCZ are fine.

OCZ ram overclocks just fine as any other RAM, it just may not be able to OC to 1100mhz+ or as good as the double sided ballistix's though. There customer support is pretty good IMO.
