Sorry dude it would be a real bad idea to use that TEC, in fact I think it would act more as an insulator
! It's only rated to move 80W between the hot and cold side and your CPU under load would produce more than that.
Also TECs and air cooling do not mix. For exmple let's say an 80W TEC generates 80W of heat (realistically it would be closer to 100-120W), you'd still have to factor in the amount of heat the processor generates at load and even a moderately overclocked Prescott goes above 100W easily. With taht considered, the HSF would have to be able to remove 180W of heat which would be difficult for even the best on the market.
Something else TEC users should consider, for it to function optimally, the pelt should be twice as powerful as its heat source. In this case, if your CPU generates say 100W at full load, a 226W TEC should be the minimum. If you try and use something weaker, temps will spiral out of controll since the TEC is not able to move the heat away properly.
