E8400 Rocks :) - Page 3

Hell yeah, at 4.3 GHz 1.33v I am totally happy. If I were a chick, I would totally bear Intel's child.

I'm waiting to reinstall my WCing with a new 120.3 and Fuzion v2 block, as well as move everything over to a rRocketfish. My finals have kept me from doing antything.
very nice chip,i don't think it's as easy as people claim to get a 6700 to 3.8

I think 3.7GHz is very doable with them. I have a decent chip, and the one I got for my brother's mac I'm building does 3.7GHz on the same vcore as mine at 3.8GHz.

I love my E8400, why, well it´s doing 3,6 on default VID and that speed is enough for me and even more it runs cool, less amps from wallsocket then a quad, very good for gaming as I mainly do, easier to OC (then a quad) up to 3,8 with not to much vcore increase, less strain on you mobo, not expensive for that performance and the cache is not bad either.

If you gonna game this is the one right now.
