1600 vs 1333 FSB

Thread Starter
So I am getting a QX6850 and that comes with a 1333mhz FSB. If I want to oc will I see any advantage by getting a mobo that supports 1600mhz, or will 1333 do just fine?

Thanks

honestly if you are going to overclock fsb is a joke. Do not consider it at all for anything you are purchasing. My q6600 is stock 1066 fsb and I have it running just fine at 1800. The fsb wall is pretty much always on the chips since the mobos have come soo far now. Just get a good oc'n board like mine or a good dfi board.
