How is the bootable .iso or flash drive suppose to be used if the motherboard doesn't POST or boot?

I was just trying to help and offer a suggestion.....

If you know exactly what is right/wrong on this topic please offer they guy some help and not just lurk and bash others suggestions....

I am just sggesting he save a bios to a flash or cd before he shuts his pc down.... it would suck to do it and not have it
