q6600 3.6 is my PS limiting further progress?

Hi guys I searched for this for about 15 mins and couldn't find a conclusive answer. I'm a newb so bear with me.

I can get to 3.6ghz (8 x 450) with about 1.47 vcore and nb at 1.5 but any higher and I blue screen as windows boots. Let me list my system layout and tell me if I my power supply may be hampering stability.

q6600
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x 1GB) DDR2 1066 @2.2v 5-5-5-15
evga 750i ftw
2 x evga 8800gtx Superclocked (stock speeds)
1 raptor 150g
1 500g ide
1 sata dvd drive
Coolit Freezone
2 x 120mm fans
and I charge a zune and iphone off the system.
Rosewill RX750-D-B 750watt power supply.

I dont need to go any higher this thing screams but I've never overclocked before so just kinda feeling things out.

*I did an online power supply needs app and it said I should have about 1010watts for all this junk I'm running, is this accurate?

Thanks in advance

Ok... you BSoD when you boot.... How about Prime95 testing at 3.6GHz?
Once again...

I can run prime 95 all night and it makes it (at 3.6). I do get the occasional blue screen playing COD4 but I'm hoping thats something else since prime95 is much more processor intensive than the game..
at 3.7 + it posts fine then as I get the vista loading screen with the little green bars moving across the screen it either freezes right there or more often gives me a split second blue screen and restarts.

go to 1.49vcore.......make sure you are cooling very good tho......play COD4 and see if it still does it......also i have bit of a vdroop(voltage drop)....it is when i go to bios voltage settings and set vcore to 1.46, save and exit then go into bios again, go under hardware monitor and check vcore is @ 1.44.....so if you go to 1.49 you should be @ 1.47 or so....

Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate the quick responses.
I've gone as high as 1.52 which equates to 1.507 in cpu-z at idle. and it still wont boot into windows at 1850 fsb/3.7ghz. If this is the end of the road for this individual cpu thats fine i'm getting some pretty big scores in cinebench and 3dmark06 and I dont think the extra .10 or .20 ghz is going to improve my playing I was just curious if my PS is being over taxed with the water cooler and two vid cards to the point of causing instability.

The cooling isn't a problem at all, that Coolit freezone is pretty awesome at 3ghz it idles at 11C and gets up to about 35C with prime and at 3.6 with 1.4ish vcore it idles around 38 and will hit 60c under prime loads. I am under the impression these temps are perfectly fine and anything under 65 is very acceptable. at 3ghz with air I'd get up to 68 under heavy loads...

next step is cooling these dumb graphics cards... I cant have my case closed or they heat EVERYTHING.

3.6 is the limit on alot of the Q6600's. as for the BSOD in COD4 is your vid cards OC'd? - do some stability tests on graphics, ati tool or furmark work great...

While prime is great for cpu n blend test, for overall stability I test all together, which a good 1-2hrs of any game will do.
750w is plenty

Go with a 9x multi. 450 FSB is pretty substantial for a quad core. with a 9x multi, you can reduce the FSB at the same CPU clock allowing for a higher OC potential.
