Sapphire 3870x2 - Bios Flashing + a few ?'s

Thread Starter
Howdy folks,

Anyone happen to know of a guide for flashing the bios on the Sapphire 3870x2 ? I've never had to flash a video card .. Don't wanna jump the gun since this is my first build since 2000 .. and cards have changed a good bit since then.

Also, I ran this card w/out Riva or any other software to help with the fan issue .. so it ran from 50 to upper 70's Celsius for a week or so ... any way to check the card for damage ? Sorry for the newb questions .. I'll get up to speed quickly

Also, how do check that the card is functioning as it should with CCC ?

Your time and help are appreciated.

Lucifer 2.0 = Intel x35 Mobo/Chipset, Intel Quad Core 2.4, 4 GB of Patriot DDR3, 250 GBx2 WD HD, 1000w Ultra Modular PSU, XP 32bit for now. Overclocking by summer

Build is solid and reliable so far, but seems a little slow. My old machine is ... 5.5 years old, and runs everything the new one does, just not quite as well. I was expecting a bit more.
