Very poor performance increase from SLI

Thread Starter
Well, i finally got around to play with my 2nd card and get SLI working.

Now the problem is:

With my CPU at stock (2.66 GHz) i get 12.4k 3dmarks (card at sig speeds). When i enable SLI i only get 13.2k. The ONLY test that actually shows any improvement at all is the SM3 Canyon Fight (w/e's the name) which goes from 60fps -> 90fps. All other tests pretty much dont change FPS-wise at all. Im using XtremeG's 174.74

Whats wrong?

Are you running the default (free) version?

Do you have "Let 3d application decide" for AA & AF"

Have you tried the latest official drivers from NVIDIA?

Just some ideas.

yeah... for 3DMark06, either get a Quad, or overlock that CPU.

For actual games, you'll see a much better improvement.
