The long rumoured DDR2 1142MHz Dominator Kit just popped up at the Egg
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1142 (PC2 9136) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-9136C5DF
With Fan Unit
I wonder what they'll clock to?

No stats yet on the Newegg page (Except the main listing gives 5-5-5-18)!

I pulled this off Corsair's site for this setTwin2X4096-9136C5DF
Quote:
TEST SPECS
 Each module set is tested together at 1142MHz
 Tested and packaged in sets
 Packaged together immediately following
system test
 Tested at EPP SPD settings (5-5-5-15) at 2.1V at 1142MHz
 SPD programmed at:
JEDEC standard 5-5-5-18 values at 800MHz
EPP standard 5-5-5-15, 2.1V values
FEATURES
 4096 Megabytes of DDR2 memory
 Two matched CM2X2048-9136C5D modules
 Using DHX technology providing maximum cooling
 Includes Airflow Fan for maximum thermal transfer
 Enhanced Performance Profiles allow
automatic overclocking to aggressive
performance settings
 100% tested at 1142MHz on 680i SLI or X38
performance DDR2 motherboards

Bloody steep tho- $299.

LOL
Get a 4GBPK from G.Skill. They clock to 1150 with 2.1v and sit at stock with 2.0v for most people. PowerChip IC's seem to be working quite nicely even though there's limited info. The 4GBPK's go for around $150

Just posting the Dommie Info for everyone's benefit.!

Plus I found a "review"/Benchie by Eva2K over at XS, got em to 1220MHz (610Mhz 5-5-5-15 at 2.23v)

Does anyone know which IC's they're using? I'm assuming not micron since they don't play nice with X38.

Makes DDR3 worthless unless you are ready to pay for DDR3 1600.

They're PSC (Powerchip Semiconductor Corp.)

From the very beginning of the OP in Eva2K's Benchie- Where she hits 1220 with this kit!; over at XS.
(Which was in Included in this thread's OP3rd Post

[rant] Doesn't anyone bother to check out links?
- Ya don't include them and immediately get hit with ;
You do bother to do the research, and nobody reads them [/rant]
Anyhoo:

Viewing Corsair's latest IC inquiry thread listing of ICs, most of Corsair's product lines have transitioned to PSC - powerchip ICs and the 4GB Corsair PC2-9136 Dominators are no exception!

A) Thank you for the information.
B) I wasn't asking for proof.
C) It was in post #6 of that thread.
D) If you were so annoyed at my question then you shouldn't have bothered to answer it.

I have the ddr2-1066's in 2x2gb. They overclock very very nicely. There is a thread on XS where guys have hit 1180mhz w/ less than 2 volt. I'm at 1.8v in the bios and I'm at 1000mhz.

NVspec could you link me to the XS page?
