Temperature issues 8800GT SLI

I am thinking about overclocking but am concerned/confused with the GPU temperatures that Rivatuner and EVGA Precision are both showing me with stock settings.

The readings with my fan set to 100% are:
Core Temperature 0 reads 60 C at idle and jumps to 74 C under load
Core Temperature 1 reads 55 C at idle and jumps to 58C under load
My fan is at 100%

I dont really know what to think of the readings why is one card registering so much hotter than the other and why is the other not increasing in temp under load?

System specs are:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz FSB 1066, 8MB Quad Core CPU
Overclocked to: 3.6GHz
OCZ Vanquisher CPU Cooler
EVGA 780i SLI 132-CK-NF78-A1 Motherboard
4GB DDR II 800 nVidia SLI Certified RAM
Chaintech nVidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB SLI
Chaintech nVidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB SLI
Windows Vista 64

Do both GPUs have the fans at 100%?

Im not really sure how to tell, Where should i be looking to check? EVGA Precision has only 1 slider bar that I can see to set fan speed.
