Remove jumper?

I have a EVGA 780i motherboard. I also have the new Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB hard drive.

Without removing the jumper, it will go at 1.4 GB/s. After removing, it'll go to 3 GB/s, but it's useless unless your motherboard supports it and mine does support it.

I'm just wondering where the jumper is. I've attached a photo I found on the net. (Ignore the advertisement on it, just google'd it. )

Is the white thing outlined in green the jumper?:

And you'll just have to remove it, right?

Yes thats the jumper, just get some teezers or something to remove it. I couldn't get it with my fingers.
