Just have the hoses running through the back of the comp.
One thing I see is that there aren't really enough vents for fans... Make sure you can fit a rad in there before you buy all of your parts.
i was planning to have the front as an intake with 4 or so fans and the back with 2-3 out fans

the screen would be replaced with the 4 intake fans and mesh covering them

make the screen clear with the uv loop behind it all clean looking with the rad on the tran being cooled by fans beneath the tray..or have ito n the back.

I think the clear screen or tinted screen with UV lights behind it would be sexy
