I'd like to schedule Windows to automatically clean out junk files and defragment my computer. However, the only options are at specified time, or at boot time. But when I boot my computer, I want it to run fast and not be bogged down with a bunch of work to do.

I'd like to schedule these tasks to run automatically when I tell windows that I want to shut off the computer, and have them just automatically turn the computer off when they're finished.

Is there any way to convince Windows to allow this, or some kind of program that can make this happen?

Thanks!
