Anyone try one of the new E7200's yet? Pretty interesting given it's low price. Stock 2.53ghz, wolfdale, 3mb L2, wonder how it OC's?

i read a review, they had a ES, they got it to 3.8ghz stable at 1.34v after vdroop

4ghz stable at 1.5v

but that was a ES, so a regular chip will be better

i don't think you can say a regular chip will be better; it is somewhat random. i would expect 4GHz at ~1.5V either way, but then again my 6400 can do the same

Your E6400 is stable at 4000mhz and 1.5v? I would love to see some . That is one nice OC.

That's a very nice OC on those E64xxs. I had E6420 before. The best it could go was 3.4G.

I have the 6420 too, I have had it at 3.2 and am trying to gradually take it higher now, I have it testing OCCT at 3.1 @ 1.34 vcore atm. I'm about 30 min into it.

I just upgraded to a e7200/p35-ds3l/8800gts from a socket 754 system. Right now I am at 3800(400x9.5) OCCT, Orthos stable. It will do windows, super pi at 4.0ghz, not occt or orthos stable. Maybe I will play with later. This thing is already so much faster than my old rig!
