AC Freezer 7 Pro lapping problem

Ok guys. Well I try to lap my cooler,but somehow I dont know how to remove the "little things that connect with motherboard"(I dont know the right word in english),I didnt have problems to remove the fan. Any ideas? Thx

Get a screwdriver (not phillips the other type), put it in the groove and turn and they should pop out. Then pull gently but firmly while twisting.

I'm assuming you're referring to the push-pins. As far as I can tell from looking at pictures, I don't think you can remove them on that cooler.

EDIT: Or just try what NrGx said before I was able to post.

I just purchased a 2 or 3 inch mirror from a craft store (I forget) and lapped mine with it, used it like a sanding block. Not as good, I am sure, as the recommended method but it worked without taking of the bracket.
