Attention 9600 gt owners!

Whats a good temp these 9600's should be at when overclocked and whats the max i should go to be safe? So far i have 710 mhz core and 987mhz on the memory.I am only at 36C on air

80c load would be a max overclocked. But each chip acts differently to temperatures while overclocked. So best bet is to test your oc and see if you get any hiccups. Just for example, my 8800gt would run all day at 90c max (with stock cooler) but wouldnt like beyond 76c when overclocked.

hey man thanks whats a good bench marking software i can use so i can see my temp on my cpu go up? all im using right now is ntune that came with my card. Is that good enough?

You should try out 3dmark06 to test for benchmarks,I use Rivatuner to check my GPU temps also there is Everest which tells you the temps for your whole PC.
