HD 2900 PRO 512-bit tweaking

Thread Starter
--I've been recently trying to get a little extra boom out of my system, specifically, my video card. I've been stressing the crap out of it on stock rates and I'm currently at 648/829. Idling at 507/514 it runs at 54C and in 3d mode with 648/829 it easily breaks 90C.

- I want to know if it's safe to drop the card's voltages to help ease the temperature on this badboy. I hear it's the most power consuming ATI card on the market, so I hope this is possible.

-Any suggestions on getting the temperature down? I'm mostly concerned if, for this card type, is it dangerous to be seeing this temps and should I invest in cooling? (Please consider that this card comes completely blocked off from the design beside the backside!)

-Also, I can get the core clock much higher before I encounter problems but I'm worried about the longevity of the card.
-Thanks for all the help in advance

Under fan control of RIVATuner 2.09, it only shows me the fan speeds when it hits a certain temperature. I don't see a way to edit that to increase fan speed.
