Overclocking tutorial

Thread Starter
I made this tutorial of how to overclock a graphics card (The basics), it is made for an absolute beginner and goes through the risks, temperature monitoring, overclocking and stress testing.

What do guys think of it? Anything I need to add or change/fix?

Looks good....

ATI Tool as mentioned in the replies there is a great program to stress it, I always see artifacts there alot faster then a game.... I usually will do a loop of 3d mark about 5-7 times to give the system a good workout once Im at my comfy OC spot.

I am using evga precision at the moment to OC, its alot more nOOb friendly too.

attached a pic of it.... just adjust clocks/fan under tools make it run at startup, all done.

RivaTuner has alot more option for the advanced users tho, setting up multiple profiles, and tweaking the the card alot more..

I agree, Riva Tuner is better

It has a lot of features, I reckon it is pretty noob friendly though.
