Password Manager

Thread Starter
Im looking for a good, secure password manager, preferably one that I can load to a flash drive.

I was thinking about Password Manager XP (http://www.cp-lab.com/), but not sure if it was any good, or secure for that matter. Obviously I dont want to download a program that is going to send my passwords and personal information (credit card, etc) somewhere so someone can steal my identity.

Any suggestions? Thanks
