The card is fine. Desktop graphics are rated to at least 110C before throttling occurs. I would imagine notebook graphics have an even higher temperature threshold.

93C, although high, I don't believe poses any threat to the lifespan of the card.

Now that it's starting to get hotter here in Calgary my video card reaches temps of about 110C full load. Should I be worried now?

I would most assuredly take it apart, if you feel comfortable enough, and change the stock TIM to AS5 or something similar. While you're at it, make sure that all dust is removed from the interior and replace the CPU TIM as well
