Dankoni, I apologize if I wasn't descriptive enough. Some individuals tend to forget the downside of RAID 0 and only remember the positive. Yes there is performance with stripping but what's the point of having a 200GB+ drive filled with data if it isn't being backed up? If his budget permits a better option would be RAID 5 which can be done with just 3 drives. More details on RAID can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redunda...ependent_disks

so do you guys think I am underpowered for the equipment I have? and this could be my problems with the constant freezes, I have set all hardware back to defaults and it is still very unstable. I got my PSU with my case so its just a cheapo PSU.

twiZm0d3, it's not so much the wattage that is a concern its the amperage on the 12volt rail. If you are able to tell us then we might be able to guide you in the right direction.

Bought a 500GB Seagate HD this weekend and installed Vista Home Premium, PC runs fine now.
