will the hr-03 gt fit on the 8800 gtx?

EDIT: what is the difference in the card with the different colors of the pcb board?

No, you'll be wanting the HR-03 Plus which is compatible with G80 Cores (8800GTS 320/640, GTX)

The HR-03GT is intended for G92 cores (8800GT, 8800GTS 512)

Not really sure what your asking but if your just asking about the pcb color there is no difference except for looks
