thats kinda high, i think 82 is limit (on 8800's anyway) and in your given case if its just a one time event you may have overheated your cards... If you have error reporting turned on in nvidia control panel you would have gotten a msg.. also generally windows gives a simslar hardware failure mssg....
Do you have your fans turned up? I usually leave mine around 60% while just doing normal stuff, but I push them to 100% when playing games...
Could be the NB heating up vid card to... some modding of your fans will help this.
Another thing to double check is the PCIE freq is set to 100, I had a simalr issue of games crashing, while mem test and occt were fine, I ran a vid stress and burned one of my cards, the PCIE freq was 125.... DOOOH!
So if all else is fine, I would suggest picking up a couple 80mm fans and rigging them up inside your case to divert airflow from NB and Vid cardEdited by 10acjed - 5/12/08 at 10:54am
