Oh... What do you have plugged into all your PCI or PCI-e slots?

All I have is a Video card other than that they are all empty. Its not an Irq problem or conflict, I really believe it is esd related and has something to do with the circuit board for the top panel connections. If you read 6th post thats basically where i am at now. I havent tried anything. I have no idea what to try at this point, looking for some suggestions . Not irq suggestions though, really why would it be super sensitive to a shock with the board plugged in. Who knows idk
