I was looking at specs and compared a few cards from EVGA/XFX to the MSI card in the link below. You are getting an overclocked card with an after-market cooler for the price of a stock evga/xfx card give or take a few dollars.

You can also replace the coolers on the EVGA cards, and overclock without voiding your warranty as long as their is no physical damage. That's a +1 on them!
