CPU cooler get a Zalman 9700 or a TRUE.

CPU q6600 will OC better & cheaper.

Mobo: Evga 780i or 790i (preferred over Asus personally).

Do you really need vista ultim 64bit, you only have 2Gbs? I'd get XP pro oem until windowz 7 comes out.

Definitely a raptor HDD or 2x 320Gbs in RAID 0.
And if your spending that much on a PSU, get a PC Power & Cooling 750W quad(oops not modular).
And if your getting this sweet rig go 22" on the monitor Samsungs are niccce!

Board: Evga 780i A1
GPU: 2x 8800GTS 512mb or wait to see some benchmarks of new 9 series.
PSU: Silverstome DA850 or bigger depending on new GPUs.
HS: Tuniq tower

Yeah, Q6600 is better bang-for-your-buck. Also, any 22" Samsung will do, I prefer the looks of the 226BW or 226CW, check on the Egg for them. This one is new, supposedly good, and this a proven fav.

ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme, is the best air cooler out there and not all too expensive. You'll need a fan for it though.

Most will say XtremeGamer/XtremeMusic for sound, or the big guy is the Auzentech Prelude. I've actually never heard of the one you linked.

ABS Tagan is an OK brand, look for PCP&C or Silverstone instead. The 610 Silencer and 750 Quad from PCP&C are very good for the money, and the 750 comes with a rebate!

XFX and EVGA make the best 780i boards.

Last, for your GPU you could wait a bit and buy the 4870 coming out from ATI. It's suppossed to be beastly, running Crysis on very high! Or you could wait for the 9900, but that's in July and will probably be overpriced. Good luck with your build!

PSU: consider Antec 850W True Power Quattro.
Here's a solid PSU for a decent price. This'll handle anything you throw at it with ease!

Silverstone makes great PSUs, too.

The Radeon 4 series should have been released this May. Consider a Q9 series CPU.
