The Tuniq takes some modification which has been repeated several times. So I wouldn't use "fine" to describe it.

Part of the H clamp has to be removed to clear the NB. Also this guy used 1mm rubber disks on top to keep the TT's fan from hitting the chipset cooler when dropped in.

Here is a test on some of the best air CPU coolers on the market. The Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme performs the best with the fan listed in the article.
The Sythe S-Flex is not the best fan around. It's the best fan for it's noise. Slap a Delta 220CFM on a TRU1E and NOTHING will come close.
