m2n32 sli vista model any good?

I am looking to upgrade from an m2n-e sli and was wondering if this would be a good step up? I cant afford a crosshair, and I can get one of these for sub $200....

I have had a few minor issues with mine but it seems to overclock pretty well. Dont know if my issues were caused by ram, cpu, or board, but im in the process of finding out. I am leaning towards ram at this point...

how is the chipset cooling on the m2n32? I heard it runs hot, any truth to that?
on stock, its slightly warm with the use of the chipset cooler fan... if you overclock and/or overvolt, it heats up a little bit, but its nothing to worry about. I have a well ventilated case and as long as you have at least a little airflow you should be ok.

whats the difference between the vista edition and the regular one? I have the normal one and my chipset is luke warm when run with the supplied cooler. The board oc's very well and after a bios update wont have any problems with ram compatability.

From what I've heard, not sure how valid this info is, but the main difference between the deluxe and the Vista ready model is that the Vista model has had some tweaks done to it's USB controller to enable the Vista Ready Boost feature.

the main difference between mine and yours is the (on mine) lack of wifi, and the lack of the 512m flash onboard (on yours). Also mine has %100 solid capacitor design, while I notice on the wifi model there are a few scattered regular caps (for example, one right by the northbridge)

Aside from that, the boards are identical in every way. Mine has some extra toys in the box though, the remote control, the ScreenDUO.. mostly just gimics, but for an extra $20, and since I wasnt gonna use wifi, I sprung for this one...

Not true. Mine has readyboost flash integrated to the board. Windows sees it as a removeable 512mb flash drive, but its solid soldered to the board, and does actually occupy a section of the usb bus (then again, so does the wifi as its in the same spot)

I dont believe there are any 'tweaks' but if there are they arent noticeable, and readyboost is garbage anyways

I have the board and have had no issues with it.
It overclocks great and the BIOS is fairly easy to navigate.
