thats fantastic m8
iv always wanted some1 to explaine a proper way to overclock step by step,
as i said b4 i aint done much overclockin and didnt realy know wer to start, iv read quite a few guides on it but they make it sound way to complicated. i could do the fsb but that was about all i could do, but uv given me some guidelines to follow and sounds realy good, im gona wait for my ram to arrive i got the ones u suggested as the reviews iv read have backed up what u already told me, they should be here tuesday, cant wait to have a proper good crack it,

I think you can get to 3,4 with the fan on high (if you don´t mind noice, but I think you do because you have a Antec 182, great case) and 3,2 on low, 3,2 is good enough thou.

You can always try Zalman´s 9700, it´s a little better the 9500 but if you want to go 3,4 - 3,6 i think you should go for Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, that´s one of the best.

I have one myself for my Q6600@3,2 with ASUS P5K Premium in a Antec 182, it comes without fan, so you have to get one, i can recommend Scythe S-FLEX 120mm fan@1200rpm or Scythe Kama PWM 120mm fan@1200 (this one can be control so it raise speed with the heat and vice versa through BIOS setting, it works like Intel´s original)

thanks again ill stick with the 9500 for the moment as im only lookin for an overclock of 3.0 maybe 3.2 and yea the 182 is great realy quiet, iv been wantin to cut a hole in the side for a big window, but iv heard that it makes a lot more noise if you do it, iv been lookin at my bios and ther is a few things in ther that im not to sure about any chance i can ask you what they are, and i used a program called driver update or somethin like that, you can click on it when you use everest and it says my chipset bios is out of date and quite a few other drivers aswell, is it bull**** to try and make me pay for it or is itgenuine, my last board was a p5n32-e and i new pretty much every thing about that board but this 1 is new to me and i havnt got a clue thats why im so many questions about it i dont want to be a pain
