Thanks, i will add the fan tonight and will try and grab some thermal paste and try reseating the heatsink ASAP, will let you know. Thanks for your input

Wow those are some hot temps. Mine idles around the mid 20's and under max load it never hits 40

I have a feeling the room temp may be keeping it high as i checked the temp earlier and the room was 32c :S

Its a small office type room with a tiny window and little ventilation, im gonna try wheeling in the A/C unit later

changed rooms now in a much colder room, room temp of about 20c now getting 36c idle and 65+ on load when clocked to 3333.5mhz

ran another test this morning and idle hit 40c and on 100% load it was pushing 72c
I dont understand why it is getting so hot especially on its default settings, I have brought it back down tso as to address the cooling issue before trying another OC
