By the way, MX-2 > AS5.
I also suggest a slightly better motherboard if you have the money, not to say that one is bad, just that there are better. The Asus P5E is a very good one, comes with all the standard features of a P35, but isn't to expensive. It also overclocks great and has RAID.

Yep. A few other boards to consider:

Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R for $120 (similar to the DS3L, but with RAID and better chipset cooling/overclocking potential).

Abit IP35 Pro for $180 ($150 after MIR).

DFI BloodIron P35-T2RL for $120.

These three motherboards are fairly similar in features. They all use the P35 chipset, have good chipset cooling, and offer RAID capability.

Alright I took you guys advice and went with the G92 and the Tuniq fan. As for as XFX vs EVGA "G92" is one preferred over the other? The XFX is $16.00 less. $16 is small in the big picture but if there is a benefit to the XFX or no difference I'd rather have it in my pocket.

XFX has a better resell value, BFG Tech and EVGA have step-up, 100 and 90 days respectively.
