QTF.... That might sound good for a GPGPU powerhouse but that would simply be WAY too much bandwidth. I just doesn't make much economical sense to make a bigger more expensive die with more expensive memory, only to not saturate the memory. That is of course if they figured out a way to fully utilize all of that bandwidth...

They did add 160 SPs and 16 more TMUs...

You also get crappy drivers for the price. Nvidia seems to really be slacking in the driver department. AMD/ATI have superior drivers out for Vista64.

Why are you guys so against a 512bit interface and GDDR5 in the same package? It's not like you're going to be forced to buy it. I want to see how it performs!
Way too expensive

It hypes up the price and gives no performance increase? I'm an ATI fan and I want the cheaper but almost as good video card.

QFT. I'm very anxious to see a real GPU war between ATI and Nvidia for performance dominance.

Why do you think it gives no performance increase?

The core cannot utilize the extra bandwidth. Not to mention the CPU could never handle that.

Can't wait, betting it will bring tech to a new level.
