E6420 (3.2 @ 1.28) and brand new E6850

Wondering how much my E6420 would go for. I am running it now at 3.2 @ 1.29v 24/7. It hit 3.6-3.7 max but never ran it at that.

Also wondering how much a brand new E6850 would go for shipped? I was thinking $155 or so?

Added an E6850 for appraisal.

What kind of overclocking potential does that E6850 have?

If you don't know, anywhere from $140-$160 for it. It could be worth more if it's a great overclocker.

If I sell the E6850, it will be sealed so no idea what it will hit. I can just say what the E6420 can hit
Not really sure if it is worth the hassle of putting in the E6850 when it's just my ram holding me back on my E6420 (running 2 sticks of the $3 HP 667 ram ).

Although the E6850 should run cooler and hit 3.6 on my ram so that's tempting as well.
