I've been getting the same thing where you come back to check your comp overnight and it's just a black screen and I have to restart my comp. It turns out I was getting a BSOD. Are you getting a BSOD also? If so, what one is it?

I couldn't find anything with that # how many watts is it?
One quick thing to try would be clearing the CMOS.

Hellsaber, it kind of sounds like it doesn't want to come out of sleep mode. Check your "Settings for Always On power scheme" under "Power Options Properties". This can be accessed via control panel or by going to Start -> Run and typing "powercfg.cpl".

Perhaps maybe one of those options was accidentally changed.

Good luck

Hellsaber, have you tried swapping out your PSU with known working one for testing purposes? Whats the wattage on the AGI PSU? Can you double check the model number?

Good luck

This kind of problem can be a real pain to diagnose sometimes. It can be a failing component, software or driver conflict, corrupted file, wrong setting or a simple thing such as checking all connections and reseating components.I believe in doing the easy quick things first no matter how unlikely or trivial they seem.

This is a start
Reseat the memory and video card.
Check all connection.
Reinstall video drivers and use Driver Cleaner Pro.
http://www.overclock.net/downloads/1...eaner-pro.html
Reset CMOS.
Check MB battery
Test HDD and memory
Run SFC
http://vistasupport.mvps.org/system_file_checker.htm
Test PSU
Try different video card.
