Hey a guy on newegg had a similar problem, apparently the PC xbox wireless adapter and G5 draw a lot of power from the USB ports, more then it has. Apparently all you have to do is get a externally powered USB hub and it will work fine.

probable true when i plug my wired controller into my keyboard vista pops out with not enough power to run it so i have to plug it in in the back of the case but my mouse still works fine. try to connect the controller with a different mouse

LOL. NVM newegg, it happened to me. HAHA. If i plug it alone no problem, but once i added my keyboard, mouse, webcam, steering wheel, GH Guitar, and the external HDD, it lost power. actually, only after mouse keyboard and webcam.
